Gli insegnamenti del primo ritmo, Flowing, sono la radice e la porta di accesso a tutti gli altri. In questo seminario ci addentreremo profondamente negli insegnamenti fondamentali della ricettività. L’essenza femminile, sensuale, radicata e centrata di chi siamo.
Tornando nella grazia fluida del nostro vero sé.
Questo seminario è adatto sia a chi è nuovo alla pratica sia ai danzatori più esperti che amano danzare con profondità e concentrazione.
Le ore di questo workshop valgono come prerequisito Waves per la formazione insegnanti.
Il seminario è in lingua Inglese e Italiana.

Mata Hari
The teachings of the first rhythm Flowing are the root and gateway to all then others. In this workshop we will drop deeply inside the fundamental teachings of receptivity. The feminine, sensual, grounded and centered essence of who we are.
Returning home to earthy-ness, fluid grace our true self.
This weekend will be for dancers new to the practice and for those already embodied and experienced who love to dance with depth and focus.
The hours of this workshop qualify for the Waves requirement for the teacher training.

viene da Londra, pratica i 5Ritmi da oltre 29 anni, ed è attualmente una delle più importanti insegnanti al mondo di questa disciplina, certificata sia per il livello Waves che per il livello Heartbeat. Negli ultimi 19 anni, inoltre, con la sua grande passione e la sua carica di umorismo è riuscita a portare i 5Ritmi nelle scuole, negli ospedali e nelle carceri. “Sento di aver avuto il privilegio e l’onore di osservare come l’umanità, in tutta la sua ricca complessità, guarisce e si trasforma grazie a questa stupefacente pratica di danza”.

“I am from South East London, and have been a student to the practice of the 5Rhythms for 29 years, I aim to bring passion and warmth with a sense of humour. Since becoming a certified teacher of 5Rhythms for the past 19 years the path has lead me to many diverse and challenging communities and institutions from prisons, to at risk teenagers, drug addiction centers, schools and hospitals. I feel privileged and humbled to be able to observe humanity it all its rich complexity heal and transform within this amazing healing art. I am both Waves level and Heartbeat level trained teacher. I travel the globe teaching wherever the calling invites me. Italy has become like a second home.
